Everything you need to know about Gnomes and Gnome Bosses in Infinity Kingdom, including the best tips for defeating them!
Infinity Kingdom Gnomes
Are the standard PvE opponent which you gain Immortal Experience, Equipment (only way to upgrade equipment, is through Gnomes), and other rewards from.
AP is consumed based on how far away a location is from your city. Ex. Closest is 101 AP consumed (means they are a tile or so away from your city).
Utilize “Relocating” your city for Free to nearby dense Gnome groups
Bringing a healer is critical to prevent your hospital from overflowing easily and try to farm as hard (highest gnome level) as you can exclusively.
Generally you can beat any gnome that isn’t giving a warning that you may suffer high casualties. However, as you get stronger can start beating a tier above what your own power level is.
The game will auto create gnomes near you to easily farm up to level 12 gnomes whenever you search it will add one within a reasonable range.
Eventually, you will have to start carefully hunting in appropriate zones for level 13+ Gnomes.
Gnome Bosses
The level 1 boss can be beaten easily if you can beat level 5 gnomes. General rule of thumb would be 5 gnome levels per raid boss level. You can beat it earlier of course depending on element advantage or using extra attacks but using too many attacks (more than 2 in my opinion but math may suggest even taking two attacks is less efficient as you only gain about 25% more shards approximately).
Will post march power required to single-hit bosses later…
In-game Rules:
1. Gnome Bosses must be fought in order low to high levels. You must defeat the Gnome Boss of the previous level to unlock Gnome Boss of the next level.
2. Participation rewards are obtained each time you challenge a Gnome Boss. Progress rewards are obtained when the Gnome Boss’ HP drops below a certain amount. Victory rewards are obtained when the Gnome Boss is defeated.
3. Gnome Bosses do not heal after each challenge unless they are defeated. Quickly send more troops to attack the Gnome Boss to prevent other Lords from defeating them first and taking the rewards.
4. You can choose to multiple attack when fighting Gnome Bosses to deal more damage.
Dragons
You need 20 extra shards, to unlock the first dragon skill, so while doing the main quests you should also pick up any you find in the market. If your army has gotten stronger you can farm raid bosses
Picking an element is important and selecting one to cover weakness or increase synergy is important !
Water dragon is very good for teams without healers allowing Helen and Merlin to use their skill combo Fire and Lightning dragons give good bursts with fire being stronger unless you have a stun lineup
Wind requires you to do dodge builds with your talents as well as your immortals (Mulan for example)
Earth I am skeptical of but haven’t tested a heavy stun team to measure its effectiveness. If you have the Holy or Shadow dragon, you do not need this guide .
Shadow and Holy dragons are almost not accessible early on, so pick one element to work on!
