I write this article to show you why taking more than 1 multishot and 1 front arrow is not really a good choice in Archero.
The way Damage per Second are calculated:
(1 + CriticalChance x CriticalMultiplier) x Damage-Per-Shot x Attack-Speed
Therefore, an Epic BraveBow level 40 has about 1,647 DPS.
We have the equation of multishot and front arrow:
Multishot actually decreases 15% of your attack speed and 10 % of your damage but it provides you two arrows now.
So it comes to the equation:
( DamagePerShot - ( DamagePerShot * ( 0.1 * NumberOfMultishot ) ) ) * Number of arrows * ( AttackSpeed - ( AttackSpeed * ( 0.15* NumberOfMultiShot ) ) ) * ( 1+ CriticalChance * CriticalMultipler )
Front arrow takes 25% of your damage, we have the same formula, but in case you combine 2 multishot and 2 front arrow, for instance, here we get the equation
( DamagePerShot - ( DamagePerShot * ( 0.1 * 2 + 0.25 * 2 ) ) ) * 9 * ( AttackSpeed - ( AttackSpeed * ( 0.15* 2 ) ) ) * ( 1+ CriticalChance * CriticalMultipler )
Now we see the numbers :
1 multi : 2,506 (x1.52) 2 multi : 2,753 (x1.67) 3 multi : 2,525 (x1.53) 1 multi + 1 attack : 3,343 (x2.03) 1 front : 2,470 (x1.5) 2 front : 2,470 (x1.5) 3 front : 1,647 (x1) 1 multi + 1 front : 3,621 (x2.2) 2 muti + 1 front : 3,787 (x2.3) 1 multi + 2 front : 3,343 (x2.03) 2 multi + 2 front : 3,098 (x1.88)
To sum up, as can be seen from the outcomes,
You can not win any DPS if you get more than 1 front arrow.
In fact, your DPS will be increased by 2 additional multi-shots but the rate is only x1.1. The supplement is often from the Devil and you have to lose your HP to acquire, it is certainly not worth it.
And the numbers clearly show that 1 multishot + 1 attack boost (minor or major) are better than 2 multishots.
You also need to know about the front-arrow that the 3 arrows you shoot won’t always touch enemies, so it might not help you get the same DPS, you would even be weaker.
